Pandis is very flexible when engaging with our partners. We can adjust the way we engage to suit the requirement of the partner including (but not limited to):

• Engaging with channel partners at business management, sales, technical management, and technician levels.
• Reports can be enabled at all levels
• Engaging with the client as our channel partner or as Pandis
• Pandis are prepared to accept prime contractor role where this is necessary or appropriate
• Structuring the scope of work, deliverables, delivery dates, etc to suit channel partner as well as the client
• Agree the structure of resources (skill, combination, experience, utilization) with the channel partner’s
• In competitive opportunities, we will expose our cost structure to channel partners, if they reciprocate
• Providing individuals for specific skills requirements, whole teams to meet delivery requirements, or provide management services or other to partners who lack the capacity.

We take special care to ensure the confidentiality of our commercial arrangements and to protect the confidential information of our partners and clients. To that end Pandis will adjust to suit the partner and client requirements but prefer to engage our clients, partners, personnel, and contractors under integrated non-disclosure agreements for each and every assignment.

Pandis maintains rigid company policies with regard to Product and Supplier independence, and Partner and Product commitment

• We will not offer an alternative supplier or product where we have been introduced by a partner
• Where we are introduced to an opportunity by a partner and we find we are pursuing the opportunity independently we will seek the advice and approval of both the client and the partner before continuing the independent pursuit.
• We will not release details of any commercial arrangements to other than the contracting parties – We treat our commercial arrangements on a “need to know” basis internally
• We will make no recommendations other than as scope of procurement or product/supplier selection project
• We will not pay or receive hidden commissions of any kind
