Pandis is different from any other organization you have worked with. We actually believe that because personnel who work with us are the key to our quality and our ability to deliver we are vitally interested in you and your company’s welfare.

We can work with you in a number of ways:

• We can utilize your professional services resources on our engagements with our clients
• We can provide our professional services resources for use on your engagements with your clients
• We could use your professional services resources and take prime responsibility for an engagement with your client.
• We will listen to any proposal you have for creating a business relationship.

Our Engagements
We will employ contractors who do not have a bona-fide company, however, we prefer those that are provided through a bona-fide company because the costs incurred by way of superannuation payments etc lowers the amount we can pay for the individual.

So, we prefer to work with companies that provide experienced industry professionals and are responsible for the payment of taxes, and the cost of benefits and superannuation for the individuals. We expect these organizations to meet our requirements for contractual terms, non-disclosure agreements, trading terms, engagement rules, and insurances.

In return we offer one of the most flexible and rewarding opportunities in the industry. We:

• Provide training and support in our methodologies
• Pay the rates that you set for the resources you provide. Of course, if those rates are not appropriate to the market we may not be able to find appropriate engagements that will allow us to work together.
• Pay you ten days after we receive a valid invoice.
• Provide you with a share of our profits relative to the resources you have provided us.
• Allow you or your staff to acquire rights to:

o An additional share of our profit
o Have some input into company policies and procedures, and the allocation of our philanthropic budget
o Be elected to, or vote for representation on our Board of Directors
o Attend regular personal development sessions, free of charge
o An allocation of funds, based on reviews of individual team members, that can be used to provide accredited training for you or your staff

• Strive to accommodate part-time, job share, special availability calendars, and other special requirements.
• Provide the support of our very experienced managers in project execution
• Provide you with our assessments of the performance of your staff on our engagements through formal review against Key Performance Indicators. Of course you and your staff have equal opportunity to review our performance so that we can agree a future action plan.
